There are 2 projects in our portfolio – please view the individual pages to see more updates.
The brief summary of both are below;
HiPE Trains (not online yet 1/9/25)
HiPE Trains are advanced mobile battery energy storage systems that leverage rail networks to transport surplus renewable energy to areas in need. These innovative systems help balance the grid by offsetting renewable energy fluctuations and providing support where demand is high. Operating mainly during night time to minimize disruption, HiPE Trains effectively reduce energy waste from curtailment and cut down fossil fuel consumption during peak periods, contributing to a cleaner and more efficient electrical grid.
Wastewater Green Hydrogen Batteries and Micro-Grids (not online yet 1/9/25)
Using final effluent wastewater and membrane-less alkaline electrolysis, we generate green hydrogen that can be stored and used as a reliable energy source in areas with high renewable energy capacity. This innovative approach offers an effective solution for balancing micro-grids, especially in remote rural locations where potable water is scarce, but excess renewable power is available.
